Squint

Drop in a screenshot of an interface. Squint measures it — the spacing grid you actually used, every padding, the alignment near-misses, the type scale, the contrast per line of text, the colours nobody can tell apart — and then blurs it until only the hierarchy is left.

No screenshot to hand? Take one of mine apart:

• Nothing is uploaded. There is no server. The image never leaves the tab.
• Nothing is a guess. Every number is measured off the pixels, in the CSS pixels of the original interface.
• It works offline. Install it and it keeps working on a plane.
