Before you ask
What happens when the trial ends?
The books go read-only. Nothing is deleted, nothing is exported behind your back, and the export button still works. Pay and it all wakes up exactly where it was.
Can I change plan mid-year?
Up, any time, and the difference is prorated to the day. Down, at the next renewal; we do not claw back a yearly discount.
Is there a discount for non-profits?
Studio at the Solo price. Send the registration number from the account page and it is applied within a day.
Where is the data?
Frankfurt, on servers we rent, encrypted at rest. Firm can pick Zurich instead. Backups go to a second region every night and are tested by restoring one at random every week.
